Interest form for the Financial LifeSkills PROGRAM

Are you interested in signing up for the Financial LifeSkills Program? Sign-up below. Make sure to select “submit” when you complete the form. Due to funding, you must be a resident of Franklin County to participate in the program. Past graduates cannot enroll in this class a second time.

Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. The program is offered every couple of months. It is our goal to continue this program as long as people are interested in taking the course and funding is available. This program is funded by grants and we are unable to determine how many future sessions will be available.

Our program is offered 2-hour timeframes throughout the day to accommodate for work and childcare schedules. The incentive is awarded at the end of the program to accommodate for arrangements for time, travel, and childcare throughout the 6-weeks.

After completing the form below, you will receive an email from us to confirm your interest in the program. If you do not receive a follow-up call or email within a week, please call our office at (614) 636-3644. We will follow-up via email when we have our next program opening with details on how to enroll. This form indicates you are interested in taking the program when we have availability.
