Our main focus as an organization is to provide affordable housing for low-to-moderate income individuals and families. FDA started out addressing options for homeownership in the neighborhood by building and rehabbing homes. The development of low-to-moderate income housing directly avoids displacement of our residents and helps create a mixed-income neighborhood. We continue to provide and maintain safe and decent housing opportunities for individuals and families.
